Return Eligibility
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Original packaging must be intact
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect or damage
- Different phone model (subject to availability)

- Select the order and reason

Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned product
- Amount reflects in your account within 5–7 business days
- Refund goes to the original payment method
Note: Since each case is hand embroidered, slight variations in the embroidery are natural and not considered a defect. This is what makes each Threadkult case unique.
