1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Threadkult website and placing orders, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products

• All cases are handcrafted with real denim fabric and embroidery
• Slight variations in embroidery are natural due to handmade nature
• Product colours may slightly vary from screen to actual product
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

3. Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Discounts and coupons cannot be combined unless specified

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards and Net Banking via Razorpay
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days
• Delivery across India takes 4–7 working days
• Free delivery on 2 or more cases
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
